As soon as you have a positive pregnancy test — even before your missed period feels official. Your first prenatal visit is typically the longest, and the earlier we begin, the more we can do to support a healthy pregnancy.

Do you offer midwife-led care?

Yes. Our certified nurse-midwives work alongside our physicians and offer a midwifery model of care for low-risk pregnancies. You can choose the provider relationship that feels right to you.

Can I have a VBAC if I had a cesarean before?

For many women, yes. A vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) is a safe option in the right circumstances, and we’ll talk through your specific history together to decide if it’s the right choice for you.

What is the Fresh Test?

The Fresh Test is a glucose beverage used to screen for gestational diabetes during pregnancy. It comes in 50-gram, 75-gram, and 100-gram options, and is generally easier on the stomach than the traditional drink. We’ll let you know when and how to schedule yours.

What happens if my pregnancy is considered high-risk?

Our providers are fully qualified to oversee high-risk pregnancies — whether that’s due to age, a pre-existing condition, multiples, or a complication that develops during pregnancy. You’ll receive more frequent monitoring and personalized care, and we’ll coordinate with specialists when needed.

Are obstetrical visits covered by insurance?

Most obstetrical care is covered by major insurance plans. We accept most major providers and our staff is happy to verify your coverage before your first visit — just give us a call.
